Perfectionism by PhreshSoldier Perfectionism by PhreshSoldier
Is Perfectionism a Problem or a Plus?
Explaining my Design process, because every element and this picture have a reason
to be in there.
1.One side of the cube represent, perfection because the vibrant colors.
2.The other side represent ,imperfection because of the desaturate colors.
3. The question mark represent, is it a problem or a plus.
4. The spheres represent, people briefing there opinions about is being a perfectionism a problem or a plus.
5.The force field box around the cube represent, if you wanna be a perfectionist. Just do it for yourself and forget what other people think and just box them out.

Quite nice.
The one thing I personally think detracts from the whole idea is having the same words on each face of the cube, but saying that the brighter side represents perfection and the less saturated side represents imperfection.

Having the saturation signify perfection is fine, except that each side contains both positive and negative thoughts: "Perfection, A problem, A plus, etc."

The design would have made more sense to me if the color of the text represented perfection/imperfection rather than the side it was on, or if each side contained only positive or negative words (for example, the bright side only has ideas with positive connotations on it, such as perfection, good, plus, etc.)

I also think it would have been interesting to see the cube as the dot under the question mark, rather than separate from it.

All in all, a good design.

Thanks for the critique at 1st really appreciate it. The reason why I have the same words around the cube, if people can't understand it or read it, it will be on the extra sides, because that was my only main problem when I created this design to get the message through, and to have it readable at the same time. I like your suggest as well I still think, I got the message through with this concept as well, but thanks for sharing your opinion with me.
