A neat little trick I learned for great reflections on tile:

1) You know how normal maps affect are coded in RGB? If you go to the normal map on your tile, select each individual tile and paint over each one a different value in RGB hues. Those codes are

Red:
255
128
255

Green
128
255
128

Blue
128
128
255

2) Now each tile that has a different color it, reduce the value to something like 3-7% opacity, something barely noticeable or not at all noticeable.

BOOM! You're done. What this will do is give the illusion that the tiles are ever so slightly offset by making the reflection in them ever so slightly offset. Imperfections sell a scene's realism.
